Rivers are dropping in, and should be fishable by the weekend if not sooner.  I would expect some good fishing in the Sol Duc and Bogachiel rivers.   Side drifting eggs or prawn, Float fishing and backtrolling plugs or bait  all will get action.

On Puget Sound Winter Kings have moved in.   I have had very good action over the past few days around the south end of Bainbridge island.  Fishing flasher and spoons 10-15′ off the bottom in 80-130′ .  Lots of just sub legal fish 20-21″ , and a few very good sized 8-15lb fish.  Blackmouth must be hatchery clipped to retain.
