Steelhead fishing on the Olympic Peninsula

Steelhead fishing this past January was absolutely amazing.  When water conditions were in, multi fish days were the rule.  Many big natives and hatchery fish have been hitting in the Forks Wa. area rivers.  This week looks very good for river conditions, maybe the Hoh will come in to play this week?  Floats and jigs, bait, and plugs have been the go to methods.

Tim Bishop had a great day on saturday hooking 15+ fish, and landing some dandies.

Cheers,

 Capt. Matt
